Category Differentiation
Generic pads solve function with additives: fragrance, cooling agents, antimicrobial finishes, botanical essences. Those substances sit against mucosal skin for hours. Our approach subtracts instead — a hemp-fiber top sheet whose performance comes from fibre geometry rather than chemistry.
Hemp fibre is naturally hollow and multi-porous. Measured air permeability reaches roughly three times that of standard cotton, which is why heat and moisture do not accumulate against the skin.

Hemp contains naturally occurring phenolic compounds. Combined with the porous structure, the fibre suppresses bacterial proliferation without a chemical antimicrobial finish — no additive to leach into the skin.

A breathable top sheet alone does not make a sellable pad. The core must move fluid away quickly enough that the surface stays dry. Our construction pairs a fast-wicking hemp/cotton spunlace surface with a dual-material transfer core, so the skin-side layer stays comfortable through extended wear.

Quality System
Production runs in a high-cleanliness workshop on fully servo-driven lines. Incoming raw materials, in-process semi-finished rolls and finished cartons are each sampled against defined limits, with a retained sample per batch for traceability.
The hemp top sheet is not a marketing concept layered onto an existing pad. It is protected technology: a hemp antibacterial hygiene article and a hemp composite spunlace nonwoven.

No formaldehyde, optical brightener, bleaching agent, fragrance, heavy metal, plasticiser or chemical antimicrobial agent is added to the top sheet — declared per material, verifiable by test.
Hemp is sourced from Heilongjiang, China’s principal hemp cultivation region, where the crop is grown with low dependence on pesticides and chemical fertiliser. Origin documentation is available for brand storytelling.
We do not describe the product as a medical device, as therapeutic, or as “FDA approved”. Registration, listing and claim requirements differ by market; our role is to supply the technical file and review your copy, while the legal manufacturer of record remains aligned with your chosen route to market.

The production site is named in writing in your quotation, together with its hygiene licence, its latest audit report and the scope it is approved for — before you pay for sampling. You are welcome to audit the site yourself or appoint a third party. If your market requires a specific certificate on the site, tell us at brief stage and we confirm coverage in writing.
MOQ is quoted per SKU, because it moves with construction, absorbency tier, packaging format and whether artwork tooling is new. Send the brand, the SKU and your target volume and you get a firm MOQ and a unit price band — not a catalogue-wide number that turns out not to apply to your product.
Both are stated in your quotation. Stock constructions can usually be dispatched within days; a new construction needs a development slot. Sampling cost, and whether it is credited against the bulk order, is written into the same document so there is nothing to renegotiate later.
Lead time is quoted per order once artwork is approved, and the quotation states the exact working-day count plus the shipping window. We do not publish a single blanket number because it would be wrong for most orders — and a missed launch date costs you more than the pads.
The figures on this page come from an independent third-party laboratory using GB methodology, the Chinese national standard for sanitary products. They are valid evidence of performance. What they are not is a US or EU market-access document: classification route, labelling and any additional testing are agreed per project, and we prepare the technical file with you before artwork is released.
No. The top sheet uses hemp fibre, not hemp extract. No cannabinoids are added and none are claimed. Fibre composition and material declarations are supplied for customs, and where a destination market asks for additional documentation on hemp-origin fibre we prepare it with you before shipment.
Yes. Two Chinese invention patents cover the hemp top-sheet construction, and the certificates are shared under NDA during due diligence, together with the full third-party test reports including report numbers, methods and laboratory details.
All three. White label: our validated constructions under your artwork. Private label: your construction adjustments, your packaging, your brand.
