1. Who is responsible for your data

Shenzhen Onokang Health Industry Co., Ltd. (the company behind onokanghealth.com) is the data controller for information submitted through this site. Our feminine-care division handles enquiries sent to james@onokanghealth.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the form or send us directly: company name, work email, contact name, WhatsApp or phone number, destination market, SKU of interest, estimated quantity and your project brief. We also receive the standard technical data any web server logs — IP address, browser type, page requested and time — which we use for security and aggregate traffic counts.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session recording or third-party analytics profiles on this site.

3. Why we process it

• To answer your enquiry — preparing a quotation, a construction recommendation and a sampling plan (our legitimate interest as a supplier, and performance of a contract if you go on to order).
• To meet legal obligations — export documentation, product traceability and record-keeping where required by law.
• To improve the site — aggregate, non-identifying usage counts only.

4. Who else sees it

Form submissions are relayed to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, and are stored in our business email system operated by Tencent Exmail. Both act as processors on our instructions. Our staff in Shenzhen who prepare quotations can see the enquiry.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list. If we ever send you a newsletter it will be because you asked for it, with a working unsubscribe link.

5. International transfers

Our team is based in China, so your enquiry will be processed there. Where a transfer leaves the EEA or the UK, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses of the relevant processor, or by your explicit consent when you submit the form.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Quotations, orders, quality records and shipping documents are kept for the period required by Chinese tax, export and product-traceability rules, typically 5 to 10 years.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Where consent is the basis for processing, you can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the enquiry mailbox is limited to staff who quote and manage orders, protected by two-factor authentication. We keep the amount of data we hold to the minimum needed to quote and supply.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
